This is, actually, good mod.
However, one thing is missing: an alternative for raindrops on the window.
If you use any mod related to the seasons (like winter mod) then raindrops... umm... well, it doesn't work.
Have you considered to make another mod similar to this only replacing raindrops with snowflakes?
As about sound then there are some mods that have snow sound.
