Does work fine in 1.5.3 i just TESTED IT!!! Ignore the message that says "Outdated mods enabled"! If it crashes you have a mod confict.

Works with every Country! It makes the Political Advisors that change Ideolgy much stronger!

Takes about 7 days to change the ideology!
