If you reroll the item pedastals the book breaks completely, it doesnt fix after going down a floor either

It automatically refills the charge immediately for some reason.

@Stewartisme Better sprites incoming! PJJLegend is now doing art for this mod. The main book sprite has just been updated, and sprite updates for the stat change items will be coming soon!
