As a Star Trek fan myself, I like this ship. Well done.

@TheOmegaSystem It's around 5 years old.. probably due to the changes in the game....
LilithBytes 8 Nov, 2022 @ 8:07am
so uhh... why does it spawn with all blocks turned off? its a pain to manually turn everything on
ArtistX  [author] 9 Jun, 2020 @ 2:58am
@Umrasyl The scripts are old.. from 2017 you should probably update or replace them with the newest versions.

@Tv/diezockerliga a bit late but go ahead and add any ship of mine you want.
Dracsolion 9 Jun, 2020 @ 2:55am
cant seem to get one of the scripts to work
Mantha 5 May, 2020 @ 4:14pm
This is a really well-made, beautiful ship!

Love the ship but struggling to find a good place to add an external connector. Built the whole thing using nanites and a projector, then realized I had no way to get hydrogen to the tanks, or uranium to the reactors. Suggestions for a location close to the front so I don't need to tear it apart looking for conveyors?
Sluggie909 23 Jan, 2019 @ 4:57am
Very cool and a great all-rounder ship. Great work!

Отличный корабль! Но есть несколько моментов, где пришлось улучшить самому - например, кислородный бак (в нижней части корабля, там где карта) не подсоединен к генератору кислорода.

Amazing :O:steamhappy:
Afoekon 29 Sep, 2017 @ 11:31pm
I love this ship, thanks man for the incredible design.
ArtistX  [author] 29 Sep, 2017 @ 2:16pm
@spartan I've updated the blueprint to fix this issue. few other tweaks and a crappy small miner in the back.
leclairaj 29 Sep, 2017 @ 6:57am
@spartan Yah I had that problem. Turns out the engine section has a break in the conveyor system between the large reactor and the equipment behind it. It's easy to fix. In the ceiling above the large reactor remove a row of armor blocks leading back to the refinery, exposing the conveyor port on the top of the reactor. For most of the length, the ceiling is a double layer of armor blocks so you won't see this on the outside, except where you need to make make single block right hand turn to reveal the conveyor port on the refinery. That punches a hole in the top of the ship next to one of the starboard 'down' ion thrusters, which you need to fill with a conveyor junction. To keep the outside looking symmetrical looking from the top I covered it with steel catwalk panel and added one to the corresponding spot on the port side.

Anybody else having trouble moving refined uranium from the main body's(not saucer) refinery to the reactor or ice from the large cargo to the oxygen generator?
BigAntoni 28 Sep, 2017 @ 2:14pm
Nice
armored_saint 28 Sep, 2017 @ 10:01am
Awesome build!
Longy16 28 Sep, 2017 @ 8:53am
Does the damage screen work?
p3st|cIdE 28 Sep, 2017 @ 8:49am
Good idea. Leave stuff you don't need in orbit while you party on-planet. Until you come back to find pirates have raided your stash and left behind surprises. Stinky surprises.
Ogamaga 28 Sep, 2017 @ 8:03am
@Dracco0085 The TOS Constitution Class ,according to Memory Alpha, still had saucer separation. Kirk apparently tried to give the order in the episode "The Apple" but was cut off.

@ArtistX Awesome ship
Tech priest 28 Sep, 2017 @ 7:27am

ChozoSR388 27 Sep, 2017 @ 4:10am
I like your design sensibilities! Very nice lines on that craft.
Snoop_R 27 Sep, 2017 @ 1:41am
Ive never seen LCD's do that is there a special script for it? its super cool.

Its such an elegant ship - thing of beauty great work!
smokingfent 26 Sep, 2017 @ 7:05pm
noice
V_Metalic 26 Sep, 2017 @ 12:32pm
Neside Star Trek ships, it also looks greatly like Human battleship from Master of Orion. :) Great work.
leclairaj 26 Sep, 2017 @ 7:45am
Built this in my dry dock last night. Did you intentionally design it to fit perfectly in the IMDC modular station dry dock? Definitely had a nerdgasm as it slowly pulled out for the maiden voyage. Only thing it could use is an external connector. I had to split the ship apart and dock both sections at my station separately to fuel it up.
ArtistX  [author] 25 Sep, 2017 @ 3:24pm
@SollyB you can turn off the merge blocks to seperate. @ Supercx2 Sorry I don't normally build small grid ships since i like ships that you can walk around in...
Starry 25 Sep, 2017 @ 3:15pm
how did you seperate de saucer
TheAudiophile34 25 Sep, 2017 @ 2:26am
Nice. Reminds me of a cross between an Akira, and an Intrepid.
M0narch 24 Sep, 2017 @ 4:17pm
And link it becuase your profile is private.
M0narch 24 Sep, 2017 @ 4:17pm
Could you make a small mining ship for the hanger?
DarthSandpaper 24 Sep, 2017 @ 3:25pm
I like it.
KrowRNG 24 Sep, 2017 @ 1:49pm
Nice, beats my Trek-ish but SE-ish build by a mile.
Dracco0085 24 Sep, 2017 @ 11:42am
Lol, that was the original idea for star trek TOS, the saucer would detach and land, but it cost too much to produce the scene so Roddenberry came up with the transporter to keep costs down. Nice to see the idea put into practice.
[WaKn]N3mesis 24 Sep, 2017 @ 2:49am
Great build!
Hawk Stardrake 23 Sep, 2017 @ 10:26pm
That's incredibly great! Beautiful, trekkish and functional! I'm surprised that nobody built something like this before.
CrimsonJupiter 23 Sep, 2017 @ 9:33pm
Amazing design! I like how functionel it is aswell as exterior.
Q 23 Sep, 2017 @ 6:33pm
Obvious star trek influence. but good on you to be able to copy and modify to your own taste.
cjmx21 23 Sep, 2017 @ 2:50pm
i know you say its not modeled after any particular star trek ship, but it looks practically identical in shape to the U.S.S. Voyager, which is an Intrepid Class Starship
