Thanks ModelCitizen. I'll give that a try.

@ Out-There Dave - I think everyone has this problem. I've found it's easier to delete if you zoom out and delete the waypoint icon. Hope that helps.

I love the look of this mod. I am finding it difficult to delete or remove them however. They don't seem to be "selectable" once placed. *At least they do not highlight when moused over with the bulldozer. I'll have to double-check. Still seems a bit risky to be hitting the bulldoze button when I'm not entirely sure what the mouse has decided to bulldoze.

Very good, thank you. I use them in every game.

@ ajnoddings - I'll keep your idea for telegraph poles in mind. Good idea.

by the way i like your mods. They go very well with my 1940s Niles canyon railway, keep up the good work!

I'm working on a recreation of the Niles canyon railway and was wondering if you could make some telegraph poles as a track asset. I haven't found any on the workshop. Thank you!

Hey, CSI Ryuk, if you still are having this problem, check if the mod is active. For whatever reason I did a gameplay with this mod and when I started another it was disabled alongside two other mods. I don't know why, some random mods seens to be disabled by the game.

me either.. when it works though , it's the best mod in my folder...for that , i say thank you atleast.
modelcitizen  [author] 18 May, 2018 @ 2:01am
@ CSI Ryuk - That is odd. Just to make sure, I went into the mod folder and checked all the availability dates. They have no expiration date. I'm not really sure why they're not showing up now.
CSI48 17 May, 2018 @ 5:25pm
i am in 2035 and they're not in my game. i used to use these on another map , but they do not seem to be active anymore.. idk. it's a shame , i really really love this mod
modelcitizen  [author] 17 May, 2018 @ 5:24pm
@ CSI Ryuk - I'm still using them in my games. Where are you not seeing them. In the menu? On the map?
CSI48 17 May, 2018 @ 11:43am
this is outdated...these no longer show up anymore in-game. am i missing something ?

Nice Mod, but one question...
I can only find the bus and the tram stop sign, where I do find the others?:steamsad:

No probem. It works well enough for me, and is not a game-breaker. So I'll continue to use the Mod to decorate those other streets. I just wanted to alert you to the issue, and was hopeful for a solution.

PS: Speed limit signs might be useful if you want to take that on as an addition to what you already offer.:doublenickels:

@Bob - Thanks for the feedback and especially the pics. The placement of the waypoints is based on distance from the center of the sidewalk for any given street. Unfortunately, that means (since there are different sidewalk widths) a happy medium had to be found. So, I placed them using the sidewalks for the medium sized street. I think it could be argued that the medium streets are the most commonly used. It's not a perfect solution, I know. :)

@Modelcitizen, I love this Mod, but it seems to have an issue like most other Waypoint Mods. When the game forces a certain street to become just a little narrower without knocking down buildings, these waypoints wind up in the curb, and not on the sidewalk.

Thus far, the only waypoints that don't do this, are the ugly (to me) vanilla waypoints. I still love the Mod, and use it mostly to decorate my streets. I just have to be a little more careful as to where I place them. So, I'm wondering if there's a code to place the waypoints a touch more to the right, to correct the issue when streets are forced to become a little smaller?

The pics below are using a large 4 lane street.

You can just zoom out to where the large icon is shown then. I do that all the time with signals because a lot of them have the selection box in a weird place.

Another well detailed and very USEFUL mod from the "modelctizen" himself. Great job!

that´s ok I made the same mistake when starting the game, one thing the truck lane is abit close to the road... would fit better if it where placed like the road name sighn... sorry for my english
modelcitizen  [author] 17 Sep, 2017 @ 3:54am
@dangl.ad30 - That's a great point! Honestly I feel a bit silly now for making such a fuss.
dangl.ad30 17 Sep, 2017 @ 2:34am
