Distorts the head area far to much to make this hat even viable.
Even as large as the hood was for the "anger" for the sniper, it didn't mask head position.

Judging from your screenshots this hat is easily 2.5 to 3 times wider than the soldiers head area.

-bonster, lol you cant download TF2 items, then the items wouldnt have a value, all you can do is to vote for it with the thumbs up rate button and hope valve adds it.
