No. Not only is it a reference to a character who is copyrighted by a different corporation. It is also going to be incredibly dated in just a few years. And let's face it, Rock and morty isn't as big a part of global nerd/pop culture as stuff like Star Wars or Batman or Star Trek.

Can you make a white or a light red/blue coat? Like what Rick is wearing in the show. Those science white coats. Oh that and a portal gun in the engineer's pocket or something. Do a full build! Oh and a custom taunt when set is active, that he makes a portal in the right, he put his hand in it and grabs a beer or a flask drinks out of it and throws it away. Then burp.
