I worked as an overnight doorman there for a few years. I never thought anyone would make a model of this. Love to see Marina City modeled.

Great job! But hope you can improve the quality of LOD texture slightly. I think it's better to fix the model details of LOD, and that gap.

You can make it with sub buildings so you can assign multiple RICO functions so it will be residential+commercial+offices
