However if I use ServerExt to add custom weapons to the trader, then it works fine. But I'd prefer to use TIM, since I don't really care for the RPG mechanics in ServerExt.

Yet none of the DLC weapons are showing up and the Teslauncher is nowhere to be seen. ??????????
However, even after I placed them all inside the .ini file (the list is updated to v1096), the Teslauncher (a non-DLC weapon) and none of the DLC weapons show up! What gives? What am I doing wrong?

Have you tried it by itself? And doesn't the RPG mod have its own mechanism for adding weapons? Another thing you could try is to change the order of the mutators on the command line.
Other Mods on the Server: Damage.display, RPG, Zedcustom

KFGame.KFWeapDef_M99 works for M99 AMR,
But i couldn't add the other two. Tried "KFGame.KFWeapDef_Doomstick" "...QuadBarrel" "...StaticStrikers" "...Strikers" "...Fists".
