If anyone still wants to play with the 200 RP version, you can get it on Nexus Mods: https://www.nexusmods.com/masteroforionconquerthestars/mods/38
Just as a suggestion, since i tested it, and i am tested it on easy to see the races suffer since they do not quite move as fast, even with the randomness, a lot of the races are still making the 200RP mark (the Klackons usually always get fragged, and i have seen the Terrans get smoked a lot, with the Elerians and Mrrshan taking one or two hits, but the Alkari and Trilarians work science almost like Psilons, so i skip Psilons and Gnolams on account of their lucky status) IMHO, jumping the RP to 20 points at minimum, 50 most, or crank up REM's "The end of the world as we know it, and i feel fine" Do a version with the minimum at 300 or 400.
And its a shame that its not possible, having some black hole mechanics could spice things up a bit, especially if they were to suddenly appear in a warp travel lane just as a fleet started to make a transit between systems ;)
