Sorry to be a downer but it looks like all your submissions are incomplete. None of them appear to be compiled and in game, the textures are unfitting for TF2 and in this particular case you are going to run into a copyright roadblock as it looks to similar to the source. I recommend learning how to make a complete working model and creating TF2 style textures before adding more submissions. Plenty of tutorials out there that can get you on the right track. That's not what I asked, I asked if you got the model working in-game, if you haven't like with all the other items you've uploaded, it's not finished therefore not allowed.
Also, stats are chosen by Valve and what you said for stats is mostly just the Sandman's stun but they can't move.
