Loving this mod; I always adore player homes that are geared toward the creepy, sinister and evil, and this is one of my all time favorites! Any Dark Brotherhood assassin will feel right at home here; I know I do. Congratulations on a job well done!

This is a Perfect Hideout for my Dark elf Shadowslayer.

Very impressive, personally I'd prefer it just slightly better lighted. About the same as the dark sanctuary you first encounter in the game near falkreach. The ambient lighting in the initial chamber - perfect, if you could get that ambient setting throughout it'd be fantastic. I'm still going to use this even though i have city houses. Treating it as a stereotypical guy "mancave." You know, where you put all your stuff your wife won't let you have in the regular house.

This will be perfect for my vampire character!

Shawk, you've got some of, if not the, best housing mods on Skyrim.

Hmm wish there was access to retreat or dovah hideout from this location.. *hint hint

Oh man, you're my savior. I was waiting anxiously for someone to make an underground hideout like this, and the location makes it even greater.

What is the best way to get to this hideout? I used the coc command to find it but I'm not seeing a way up towards the door.

found it!- it's awesome! so perfect for an assissin :D it's compact enough for someone who just wants a place to stash their stuff (loot from the kill) but big enough for everything youd need! great job! :D

Can you make it so the Dark Brotherhood banners are only visible once you've joined the DB? It wouldn't make much sense for a non-DB character to have the banners hanging. Not sure how difficult the scripting would be for something like that. Just a thought.
