The maximum braking force is used in the car. I did not understand the problem with RPM

Nice to see this on the Workshop, though I noticed an issue:
The car reaches its maximum RPM at 360km/h, but it keeps accelerating somehwere into the 400km/h.

Also, are the brakes supposed to be so bad?
