If your not using that mod, ensure that you are subscribed to this mod. Start the game, go to mods, enable this mod, restart the game. You may need to do this a few times, if the mod shows as not enabled when restarted. In some cases, I've seen it not properly enable and take a few tries.
@Razvanelul The first option shown under the Cheat Menu is for adding money. You can add $1M, $10M, $100M, or $1B to your funds.
You might try temporarily disabling the mod, loading your save and see if anything changes. Letting it save without the mod enabled may allow that value to reset. I'd then try re-enabling and testing further.

CheatMod v1.1.6 by Sopleb
In response, I have updated this mod further to cover the same things that they have, except better. There is now new buttons for adding even more hype/fans and design/tech/research points.
If you are referring to the possible update to add compatibility with TAG, that is likely not going to be a thing for awhile. The main issue is that TAG is a complete re-write of the UI system of the game, and as my code relies on the default UI, I would have to add a second layer of code that is designed to work with the TAG UI system. Which, while I would like to add this as I like the look of the TAG UI, it would take more time than I currently have to spend on that.
Small bug fixes or if the game adds a new feature, I can do. But what would amount to a near complete rewrite of the code, just for one mod, is not likely currently.

TAG Mod
and your CheatMod
admittedly its a pretty decent list.. so anything could be causing a conflict, not sure.
edit: I removed everything but GDT Mod API, UltimateLib, TAG & your cheat mod and the cheat menu still shows up as Engine Development. I'm assuming its due solely to the TAG mod at this point, but i can't say for sure, i don't know anything about mod coding.
Not entirely sure how to go about adding my mods menu to their mod... Definitely going to take some more time to to figure out how they are doing thing with their mod.
As for compatibility with the TAG mod, it really depends on if I can detect what other mods are enabled in the game or not. I've yet to actually need to check for compatibility with anything, so I'll need to do some research and look into it.
