Slavic Boyar or Paladin would be good!
But...... Boyar seems to be the best.
Because 'ruiter unit reskin' also resembled the 'Original Boyar skin'. So it does not matter if you replace it with a reskin.

An Ashigaru Arquebusier! I love how smooth the animation is.
Muzzle blasts on most AoE2 gunpowder units is yellow, though, and this one has it red.
