You'll get a missions folder which you put in Arma-Other Profiles then whatever Profile you have and then put it in ur mission folder. Open arma up go one whatever map and then open the mission and the template should be there.
If u need a more simplified explanation then here's a youtube video which explains this easier
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ch9XnAl6E5w&feature=youtu.be
NOTE: the PBO version of the mission is there. In order for the Eden Editor to use it, you must UNPACK the PBO and save the results to a specially named folder in your Arma 3 - other profiles -> 'profilename' -> mission folder.
I suggest using PBOManager and extracting the PBO's mission.sqm file to the PBOManager suggested folder name (third 'extract' choice when you right click on the 'mission.sqm' file) to the 'mission' folder indicated earlier. Do NOT try to extract to a different folder name than suggested by the PBOManager or you will run into errors like the mission not opening.
1. I opened the scenario in Arma 3 with one of my profiles.
2. Play it like 20 seconds then press Esc so the menu to the bottom left appears. Click on "Save & Exit".
3. You will find the scenario saved in your "Documents" folder under your computer username. In the "Documents" folder I went to "Arma 3 - other profiles" (because I didn't use my default Arma 3 profile but another one). In there I found the folder with the name of the profile with which I played the scenario.
4. In that folder, there was a folder called "Saved", then one called "steam".
5. The IDAP/NATO Large Base Template folder with the mission is there.
