Also its suggested to have the pbo manager and some sort of extracting program on ur computer for this to work
Crack Jack 12 Sep, 2020 @ 11:17pm
For People who dont know how to use this basically you need to go to {LINK REMOVED} and copy and paste the link to their and click download, find it in ur computer and extract the RAR file and then the PBO file.
You'll get a missions folder which you put in Arma-Other Profiles then whatever Profile you have and then put it in ur mission folder. Open arma up go one whatever map and then open the mission and the template should be there.

If u need a more simplified explanation then here's a youtube video which explains this easier

How do I import this to my mpmissions file
nelskt1 22 Feb, 2019 @ 1:22pm
Can anyone give me an update on how to properly use this? I have successfully extracted the mission.sqm file but no matter where i put it it does not show up when i try to open it in the editor
LORD THOMPSON 9 Sep, 2018 @ 7:05am
Thank you =DH= MedicScrounger your info really helped
PapaOurs009 28 May, 2018 @ 1:24pm
I'm very dismayed that NO ONE gave a proper, step-by-step explanation of this process.
PapaOurs009 28 May, 2018 @ 1:23pm
Explanation for extraction continued:

NOTE: the PBO version of the mission is there. In order for the Eden Editor to use it, you must UNPACK the PBO and save the results to a specially named folder in your Arma 3 - other profiles -> 'profilename' -> mission folder.

I suggest using PBOManager and extracting the PBO's mission.sqm file to the PBOManager suggested folder name (third 'extract' choice when you right click on the 'mission.sqm' file) to the 'mission' folder indicated earlier. Do NOT try to extract to a different folder name than suggested by the PBOManager or you will run into errors like the mission not opening.

@SandTrap - you did a nice job here. Unfortunately, your posts are rather useless thereafter. I ended up finding the Steam Workshop PBO mission file this way.

1. I opened the scenario in Arma 3 with one of my profiles.
2. Play it like 20 seconds then press Esc so the menu to the bottom left appears. Click on "Save & Exit".
3. You will find the scenario saved in your "Documents" folder under your computer username. In the "Documents" folder I went to "Arma 3 - other profiles" (because I didn't use my default Arma 3 profile but another one). In there I found the folder with the name of the profile with which I played the scenario.
4. In that folder, there was a folder called "Saved", then one called "steam".
5. The IDAP/NATO Large Base Template folder with the mission is there.
PapaOurs009 28 May, 2018 @ 12:39pm
@GamingToast - so how do I do that???? I think that's what most people are asking here and NO ONE has given a satisfactory, step-by-step answer.
halobob22 15 Apr, 2018 @ 9:54am
how the heck do you get this to work
GrumpySmurf 27 Dec, 2017 @ 4:40am
I am sorry but I have read every comment on here, searched all through my Steam folder and ARMA 3 folder and searched my entire C: Drive and I have not found where in the heck this file is located. The pics look amazing and I would have loved to use this, however the lack of good directions on how to access and use this product, forces me to unsubscribe.

Tbaggins 1 Dec, 2017 @ 6:07pm
Thank you for making this! This looks so cool, moved it to the "mpmissions" file and can't figure out how to use it for the life of me currently. I also used Papa Bless' method to get the file
Lord rattus 11 Nov, 2017 @ 4:03am

Zombie Actual  [author] 17 Sep, 2017 @ 2:40pm

Emiee 17 Sep, 2017 @ 12:27pm

GamingToast 16 Sep, 2017 @ 5:21am
Guys its not a mod. You need to import this in your mpmissions file and then load it up in the Eden editor
Alt 16 Sep, 2017 @ 3:26am
dude I cant find the mod in my files?
Lt. Recnes 15 Sep, 2017 @ 9:21am
If I can't use it on editor it will be useless
Fast 14 Sep, 2017 @ 9:05pm

LS Swapped RX-7 14 Sep, 2017 @ 5:41pm

Zombie Actual  [author] 14 Sep, 2017 @ 5:31pm
I’m working on a few templates, but, my work takes me to disaster areas so it will be awhile before I can finish and post. (I’m working Hurricane IRMA in Florida at the moment.)
Zombie Actual  [author] 14 Sep, 2017 @ 5:22pm
Should be under your arma 3 workshop folder
Erection Inspection 14 Sep, 2017 @ 4:06pm

Amerakee 13 Sep, 2017 @ 7:40pm
Where do I find it with the PBO manager? Also wouldn't it be easier to upload as a composition?
Zombie Actual  [author] 13 Sep, 2017 @ 6:14pm
I have all DLC's, try it and see if it works
Corsair_FR 13 Sep, 2017 @ 3:48pm

HOW DO YOU OPEN THIS?
smoflip 10 Sep, 2017 @ 9:56pm
i dont know what you mean by opening it in editor because its just a mission scenario for me so i cant copy and save it as a composition
Zombie Actual  [author] 10 Sep, 2017 @ 3:24pm
let me play around with it in editor and see what i can do.
Atomicleadhead 10 Sep, 2017 @ 2:36pm
do u think u could put it under Groups -> Empty -> Bases so i can use it is zues
Zombie Actual  [author] 10 Sep, 2017 @ 2:05pm
lol, my bad.
est Sinis prima civis 10 Sep, 2017 @ 1:50pm
I think he means "I don't know how to spawn the base in editor."
Zombie Actual  [author] 10 Sep, 2017 @ 1:05pm
ES-SC do you mean you dont know how to cut and past in editor? Using the word "spam" isnt a good idea, it insinuates there is spam in my Mod and that is not the case.
