which converter would you reccomend I use?
Skallabjorn  [author] 23 Sep, 2020 @ 9:06am
its an UNLISTED mod so the name wont appear in the torch server line, which is normal for unlisted mods.

You need to make sure the mod number is correct before you fire up torch.

NOTE these use small conveyor ports, its an old mod, so you will need to use one of my recent part size converter mods for items that keen changed to over sized items to move in and out of them.

and yes, the other ones of yours load in torch fine. like the mini solar, heavy laser, and solar x 10.

just the mini refiners dont seem to load.

I am having some trouble loading this mod on a torch server. any thoughts? i can load it in a solo game, but when the mod number is added to the torch server, it does not find it on the workshop, like the other mods.

thoughts?

Ah, i have been using your small block ones for a long time. i was hoping for a mini stone/gravel, less capable of course, but it would fill a need.

Skallabjorn  [author] 5 Jul, 2020 @ 9:46am
not a mini but a small block one yes.. i have a few of them
Babbayega 4 Jul, 2020 @ 2:10pm
a mini gravel/stone processor? i didnt see one in the workshop link above. or am i missing it?
Skallabjorn  [author] 2 Jul, 2020 @ 11:57am
I have another mod that does that.

Fantastic!! really like these. Is there a chance you could/would add something that can handle gravel like a gravel sifter does? I see the refinery and arc furnace handle stone, but not the desert rock, Alien rock, etc. something the survival kit will do, just that the survival kit wont do it automatically. it would be nice to handle those type of things too.

but fantastic work so far as usual for your mods!!

Great Mod. Works really well. I wish the inventories were bigger but I understand that is part of the balance for this mod. If I were to add anything? on the inline models i would add a keypad to the side(s) for ease but it isn't necessary.

I have been asked to add a stone crusher to this, no, sorry, this size block with whats involved in the other "stone crusher" mods, its not big enough internaly to not seem like a massive cheat
Skallabjorn  [author] 9 Sep, 2017 @ 5:17pm
now that this has been up a while can I get input on the speeds they work at. too fast too slow ?? Adding the inline version using the small cargo container next week and a single port model all in same mod
Skallabjorn  [author] 7 Sep, 2017 @ 6:14pm
thanks for the input guys.

no I will not make one that uses only ore. I feel that would UN ballance things

Infact It's kinda sad how people want to mess games up by causing systems to transfer from game to game when they are not compatible ideas.
Myst Leissa 7 Sep, 2017 @ 4:58pm
@Skallabjorn - I think his point is more geared towards a "Start with nothing or a welder" - meaning "No Production Facilities to create parts"
Skallabjorn  [author] 7 Sep, 2017 @ 4:45pm
do you mean a special component ? you already require ore to make the items to make these. the point of these is that they are a very low level start and easier to build than the full size small and large ship items.
Minnlinz 7 Sep, 2017 @ 3:38pm
could you make a varient that requires ore to make. basically to start with only the tools so we can build this and then start from there?

I will be working on a basic cube model for this soon. in the mean time on my return I have been asked to do a version using the small cargo container as a model for in in line vs 90 degree . tho it's a private request it will be publicly available as a separate or added to this mod and not a replacement
Myst Leissa 3 Sep, 2017 @ 5:42pm
I'll be following your comments - so lemme know when you get something :D
Skallabjorn  [author] 3 Sep, 2017 @ 4:37pm
Will be working something up wheni return from my trip
Myst Leissa 3 Sep, 2017 @ 1:50am
question: Do you have any plans for original models? I have a mod that let's me have 2x1 small block arc furnaces and assemblers but they use "sized-down" models of the real thing; I really hate components that don't have unique models because it makes it hard to remember what i'm doing with it :/
Skallabjorn  [author] 2 Sep, 2017 @ 3:18pm
No worries, im online working on another mod and have a note out for some assitance on it so I was monitoring :)
Jean Atrosa 2 Sep, 2017 @ 3:16pm
ok, will do, thanks for the rapid response.
Skallabjorn  [author] 2 Sep, 2017 @ 3:15pm
Function is the same, internal volume is smaller and of course as the description says, in a new model, only way to know for sure to start off with is try it. Let me know and will go from there.
Jean Atrosa 2 Sep, 2017 @ 3:08pm
If it uses the same blueprints as the vanilla refineries it should, from what he's said before.
Skallabjorn  [author] 2 Sep, 2017 @ 2:48pm
I have never worked with that mod, I will have to tear it appart to see if I can. No promises.
Jean Atrosa 2 Sep, 2017 @ 2:45pm
would these work with Visentinals quantum ore compression mod, or could you add support?
