Hello! When attempting to start the game/assign roles, someone always ends up with 2 roles and one person ends up with the bag and then the scripting stops...anyone have any idea why?

Having tried all the deception mods out there, this one is the best. That said, it's not perfect:

1: Please add the roles and tiles from the expansion
2: Please leave the tile stacks on the table after dealing, or give the option via scripting to determine how many sets each player gets (in larger games, it's common to give everyone 1 extra clue & means card to balance out the game).

Nice work! Any chance of adding the Consulting Detective role to this?

Also, the FULL game has been scripted. Not only the start. This script is complete. Maako does not play TTS himself. This game is like the original version but 10 times faster.

The problem is the TTS program itself. Everything in it is hard to do. Even changing the name is something I don't know how to do. I also can't seem to change the photo even though I reupload it again and again. And adding a description? Also a mystery to me. But the game works. It's like the original but much better in that it's faster.

Will you add scripting for the whole game?
And whether you do or not, you should just call the mod "Deception: Murder in Hong Kong (Scripted)" or "(better scripting)"

It is simply a code improvement to this mod:

Better code based on algorithms instead of step by step instruction. Much faster, as the slow wait times in the original made new players break the script very often.
This script works as it is, but only the start of the game has been scripted.
