This is my plan: Make working tiles of the Parking house, the 2x2 wind turbine and the *alternate* tunnel entrance/collapsed tiles.

Yeah in the video, OutBlast said that the tiles was smaller in the beta. That's why the garage is tiny

The problem with that is Crashday's tile/placement system. You cant have a tile on one another and have a tile which is 1/2 of a tile. You could put those models as props (movable objects like barrels) but then they will move when touched. Also, not to the mention that most of the unused tiles are lacking textures and are not modeled after the current tile system, which means that they are smaller than a normal 1x1 tile.

No, I only want all of the unused tiles to be aviable in cdre (all of them, even the test blocks)
Those reflection blocks could be used as decorative statues

Just tell me your intensions, because i dont really understand what you want with those unused tiles? Remodel them or want to make your own custom tiles based on them?

Well, most of those tiles dont even work, because they are not modeled correctly, and we are also missing many textures.

Well, some of the tiles are incomplete like that farm or park house. I've tested most of the tiles that appeared to be working and some just didnt fit with the current game version, like those funky highway tiles, the corkscrew and that tunnel + road tile. The cameras are already available in the game, the reflection/ambient test models are just for testing so i didn't upload those. There are maybe a few that i can get working. Such as the 2x2 wind turbine, the parking house or the alternate tunnel entrance/collapsed tiles. If so, can you specify which ones you need? That way i know what i should work with.
