Heh. If it was the fronts that dropped grip the heaviest it was probably due to the front camber settings. But yeah generally I had a similar problem with the performance drop once the tyres hit 20% or so. Remember that this etup was updated with my settings I used for season 3 where I had a few chassis and downforce upgrades added and most of the engine upgrades so that's why there is a little more camber on some of the setups than I used in season 1.

I must take back what I'd said before, because your setup turned out to be faster in career mode, but in the race tyre wear suddenly felt like a problem. I started on used (just 4%) supers, which felt great only till about lap 10, so I put on fresh softs, but they were losing grip almost as quickly and I got rid of them for a spare set of supers somewhat mid-distance, which gave up 20 laps before the finish that I spent on mediums (actually liked 'em better than softs). So I'm wondering, did you have wear problems in Hungary? Actually, it's not even the wear itself in percentage, it's the loss of pace, which was more noticeable than before. I didn't expect it to be worse than @ Silverstone, 'cuz in RL most drivers only pitted once in 2017. Couldn't be bothered to compare wear on this setup and a different one, though, just maybe you know from experience.

100% is close to real life lap times on most tracks, some though are even faster! Ha. Try 101% and see the difference in the AI behaviour!

Oh, btw, do you know at what difficulty qually and race laptimes start matching real-life? I'm usually a couple seconds off the RL pace, I also use no assists but 110%... That's alien territory :)

Guess it's just down to driving style dude, this has worked for me, maybe I'm just more aggressive as I'm playing on 110% and no assists. I don't like the car understeering too muchon a track like Hungary as I find I gain much more time when the car is loose. :)

Drove it, couldn't cope - seemed very snappy on the edge. 5-5 is a pretty low df for this track, guess that's why... Try mine ;) - Hungary McLaren TT

Hey man, thanks for this insane Setup!! It took a while for me to get used to it but after a few laps and in FP3 I really could oush to the limit. And in Q I was even able to drive crazy lap times in rain for first time (always struggled then)! Thanks again and keep on creating such great Setups! :D

Would like to say that this setup has been the most rewarding and best setup i have ever used. Firstly this was the 1st time i have progressed through to Q3 with the McHonda and i think it was down to this, subscribed to all of your setups btw TY.
