does it just erase enemies in your elites presence i swear i set them to cease fire and orks just explode when getting to close

how can I make it so they dont one shot kill everything? some ini file or manifest that I can mod this mod? I cant stop ROFLMAO every thing they just pop enemy elites in one hit or buildings in one hit.
