Here is a fix. Don't import the prefab. Import the blank model, BUT set it to legacy. Custom animation works 90% of the time. Use skinned meshes only

oh, i couldn't put them in the same file without messing up the other ones animations, so i know its not a requiment, its just place holder till i can fix it.

the thing is that what you need to get for melee bot is ranged bot so how does that work
