well this character has no animations because I don't have any

Mine also have no animations just like this mod, however if i change the import setings in 'rig' to 'humanoid' they spawn lying face down.

You can use the animations in the game if your character is using mecanim 'humanoid'. Check the import settings on the model 'rig'.

I see. Making new animations for units might be the harder part.

I dont think water, fire, and air are possible right now

It has potential, it just needs a bit more work like animations and more type of attacks like water, fire, and air.
