if you looking for a faster version of this mod well there is none. the only way to get 1 million speed or other is to go into mod settings (it is in the startup company mods folder) and changing it to the speed you want [you need to follow the mod tutorial to actually do this]

In the source code of previous beta :

i.total=Math.max(0,i.total)

was changed in beta 29 to :

i.total = _.clamp(i.total, 0, 1500)

So as of beta 29, a speed limit of 1500 is hardcoded and can't be modified by a mod.

If you really want to get rid of this limit, you will have to :
1 : open the base game file (Steam\SteamApps\common\Startup Company\resources\app\dest\game.min.js) with a text editor
2 : look for the text :

i.total=_.clamp(i.total,0,1500)

3 : change this text for :

i.total=10000

Or whatever speed you want.

The base speed of the employee is 10,000%, but their total speed at the end caps at 1,500

Still working with the last version of the game. Just wait a new day in game for the speed update to be applied.

Make sure to wait at least a day for new employees. The speed is update a each new day.

Just tested it on a new game with the last update (22.4) and it's still working.

Ok so I just now got it to work. So if you turn this cheat on first thing with no one sitting at a desk working, then it probably won't work. Once you hire someone and put them at a desk to work, just go to the training tab and train them and soon after that they will have the 1000% Speed.

Just tested this and it's not working. My Developer and Designer are working at normal speeds and I have the mod on and I did restart the game.

i end up modifying this to 25000% speed. it saves lot of time at late game period

For the mod to work as intended, you just need to reload your save

Like all mods on Steam, just press Suscribe and the mod will download automatically (might need to launch the game). Mac users have some troubles with this game's mods though, the developper of the game is looking into it.

Sure thing, i will do that in a few hour once i get home. But with my no salary mod, and 100% mood mod, you can make your workers work 23h/24h for free and money is really not an issue with that :)

It should not be necessary to start a new game. The mod will modify the speed of each non-empty workstations on game load and on a new day (for optimization purpose, each hour is a bit much in endgame when you have 30+ employees).

If you click on an employee, and click on the stats panel, you should see that they are at 1000% base speed. A big boost early game, not that much in end game.

It loads, but they don't seem to be working any faster.

Hotfix 12.4 of the game should have fixed any load issue :)
