If you can't find the way in to the secret room, if it is there, the entrance is probably in the basement. And watch yourself.

Indoor forge wouldn't work because of all the Co2 coming from the fire.You would need a vent of some sort.

The chest containg loads of sh*t, is it a safe chest? (Can you place stuff in it and the stuff wont disappear)

Here's my issue with the indoor forge, it needs an outlet of some manner due to the fiery nature of the materials. Perhaps add a smokey or foggish effect on the interior? maybe burned lookin walls? sooty?

I'm very new to skyrim and a complete noob to mods, but how would this affect the game? And is this a buyable house? Can you interact with it, put your women there like the bitc- lovely house maidens they are?

Thanks! I'm pretty new at this myself, but i'm sure it's a lot of toturials on YouTube ;) Sorry i don't have any concrete advices for you, but Bethesda have an official Creation Kit page: http://www.creationkit.com . They have torturials for pretty much everything you need!
