I will look into it in the fall as I am taking a break of working any further updates for this game.

You may needed to download the mod from CountriesXL as I probably have uploaded the outdated version.

This patch is an error one. If I build this fire department, my mouse could not click any button at all. That is, I have to ALT+F4 the game and restart.
