i find it amusing why this is a large building and only adds 55 jobs??? i've seen buildings smaller size than this and adds more than 100 jobs

Only Rush Hour and TM:PE for realism. RICO has built in settings panel which allows anyone to overwrite an asset's original settings (locally only of course).

@Artemis *Seven* you could be right. I was going off what I've seen from other buildings. you are welcome to use the realistic population mod to crank this thing up!

For a bulding of this size it really should have like 300+ workers. Though in the end it doesn't really matter as anyone can add local RICO settings with 2k+ workers if they like...

I think you should consider rescaling this asset. It's 11-12 stories, so that should be 40 meters top. 90 seems to be way overscaled.
