Go to the Mods option, click on Alterative Interface for Factions and select enable.

it'll = factions add on.

You need to disable the faction add on mod then enable AI. Ai has factions set as the parent so it'll run in the background.

as Dolynick says, all of them are the same as the base Alternative Interface mod. The releases for Rising Stars and DO Factions are compatibility releases so folks can use AI with some of the more popular SR2 mods.

It's the same changes as in the original Alternative Interface. DOF makes some changes to the UI as well though so a version that is specifically designed to blend the two is required. Mods that both change the same things require a sort of blended version in order to work properly.
