Thats is a effect of the game, the light reflect and make appear that glowing effect. And to see, need to be maxed the graphics :D and is not all the time u will se the bullets glowing, just when certain light is behind u.

Hello I am going to ask about the toroskin of your zed collector. In the screenshot, bullets are fluorescent, so how can i apply bullets to fluorescent light?
