@ClownPrinceUK - They wont work for building themes, they will only work for the RICO mod. If they are not showing up then try to unsub and resub (FYI They work for me so not sure what the issue might be)

I cannot locate these new additions via Themes for some reason? Also cannot locat ethem via RICO but can via the find it mod.

@upthesaddlers - Not as far as i know, if you disable the RICO mod then these turn into unique buildings, also the footprint is too large for normal high res. (this is 12x7, max high res is 4x4)
