Not really off, just incorrect.

Her face is in the game as Head 455, and her lips are under the same category as well. Using this head will essentially give you great customization options on her face.

They teamed up for the 94 tag league but that's about it for them as a regular pairing. Any other time was just them thrown together because ppl always got thrown together with AJW running 9 million shows a year and not having that big of a roster so everyone teamed with everyone at some point over the years. Dunno, just seems an odd fact to throw in since Takako had way more significant, lengthy tag runs during the 90's with so many other partners (Yoshida, Hotta, Kyoko, etc..) same with Toyota (Yamada, Shimoda, etc..)

The GAEA thing is a misprint from my notes where two people got messed up. I'll correct that.

Toyota/Inoue were teaming pretty regularly in the mid 1990's, 1994 specifically. In the context of "5 second steam bio" I can't think of any reason not to include that.
