I like this mainy for one HUGE reason. this looks like something a survivalist would carry around, and for me, the scout is all about surviving.

Good, but it shouldn't be for the Scout. The Scout uses fairly weak guns and things that aren't usually used as weapons (Milk, Bats, Kitchen Knives, etc.), so giving him a Tomahawk wouldn't really fit his style. A tomahawk would fit more Sniper's style.
