The LOD is very bad :( It is so bad that during zoom out you can see different parts of building with different texture quality. It is like 1/2 building already in LOD which is blurred texture and 1/2 building still loaded without switching to LOD.

When I try to use this asset and your other Glass Terminals, they have a pretty substantial pink hue. Is there any chance you may be able to update this and remove/change the color variations to make them look more like your original image?
