You might have turned off some of your Network Extension 2 roads in the options. I had the same problem. It took me hours before I figured out that I had turned off NExt2's National Roads previously. It works fine now. Very pretty map PMD, thanks!

I'm sorry to hear that but the map works fine now, it had some problems in the past but it has all been fixed, i'm not an expert with mod fixing so i only can advice you to just reinstall everthing and maybe it's fixed.

The mods were turned on, so that's not the problem.

I'm pretty shure that you don't turned the mods "on" in the content manager. When you subscribe to mods you have to turn them on otherwise they don't work. After subscibing to assets, the game turn them automatically on so you don't have to worry about them.

This map is gorgeous and I wish I could build a city on it, but unfortunately it seems heavily corrupt and I can't even load the starting tile. I don't have any other mods or assets except the ones required to use this map.

Seriously though, I'm only runnng seven mods so there's only two mods I could possibly remove, RICO and No Border Camera, all the rest are either required by the map, or essential for the recording of the review (Cinematic Camera and Chirp Remover). I'll have one last try tonight, and if still not loading I'll sadly have to pass on this one. A shame, it sounds like a good one.

VERY nice map by the way. This tree guy approves of your realistic tree planting (for example, smaller trees at the edges of forests!!). Excellent road work, I'm inspired by your road that uses embankments to raise the land up to cross the river. I'm afraid I will have to steal this lovely design idea mwuahahaha Looking forward to your next map!

Okay! Thanks for testing it. So I also tested it, with DLC off and on, and it does work for me, too. So from now on if users have a problem, we can be sure that they've got a mod that is conflicting with the only two mods required here - either Unlimited Trees or NExt2. Then it's up to them to figure out what mod (or rarely) asset they already have that is conflicting with either Unlimited Trees or NExt2. Since we now know the answer, you can put this in the description of the map, and you're now free of all "I'm getting an error" messages! :D

@MrMiyagi thanks for the comment. the problem was that i still got Mass Transit dlc on in the library page :( I updated the map again, i tested it and it works fine now i think :p

My guess is that maybe there is something that changes the file itself whenever you use MT highways and hit save, making the file usable only by MT owners even if you replace all the MT highways. Whatever the issue is, I think I'M going to a first version map with vaniila (or NExt2), then save a copy to make a 2nd version with Mass Transit.

Hey there pieterm16! Beautiful map!!! I have at least a hypothesis for issues some users are reporting. I'd also like to find out if this is the same for you.
I tried to do the same thing as in your update, replace all the Mass Transit highways with NExt2 roads on a map I already published Before publishing, I wanted to confirm that users who wanted this DLC-free version would have no problems,
How: I turned off my Mass Transit DLC (you do that on the Library page of Cities Skylines, uncheck MT in the DLC section to disable the DLC temporarily, it's not uninstalled, d) Sure enough, I ran into the error

I hope you find the problem. Are you using more mods then network extension 2 and unlimited Trees?

Been trying to load the map (for What Map review) without any success, massively glitched. Getting some second opinions on what the problem might be. Will report back if I find the problem.

Kyunaga, you need to actually enable some of the mods in the content manager, since two of them deafaults as off.
They are listed under "mods" in the content manager.

maybe resubscribe to the map because i have updated the map yesterday so maybe thats the problem. let me know if it still doesn't work and if so i gonna look in to it.

No i don't have that problem maybe restart you're steam of resubscribe to the mods mostly that helps for me when i have such problem

i was already considering to do a snow map of the fjords in norway but the mountains of canada are cool to. a desert will be fun to, i'll think about it!

I would love to see some real american desert, that's what the workshop is missing at most. Or a snow map, somewhere in norway, canada or alaska.
