For those experiencing the "." bug. There is a bug where the ring becomes permanently unusable when placing a tanning rack or something else while having the Remember Last Page option on. Just never use the Remember Last Page option and the ring will never break. If it did, uninstall the mod, save. Then reinstall it.

One quiston can we spawn Mobs in?

this is the best mod ever,has everything you need but i havent firged out how to remove it

Is there a reason why this mod doesn't include city-specific guards? I'd really like to improve security in the cities, but this only offers Stormcloaks and Imperials

and apparently as it unequips, this ring under the name of "." shows up in my inventory, everytime i try to equip the builder...? and idea?

so ive used this mode quite a lot, and after a while i would try to equip the pocket builder, but then it wouldnt open the UI showing what to do, it would make a sound of unequiping it instead of equipping it, essentially now i cant use this mod because of this stupid problem...any help?

If you've already subscribed and recieved the Empire Builder and later lost or accidently sold it, then yes, you can add it through the console. If you haven't subscribed then there's no way to add it since it won't exist in the game. To add it through the console, tap the ~ key to bring up the console, then type:
"player.additem 2E0216D0 1" (without quotes)
Note the space between the last 0 and the 1.

Is there a way i can spawn it with console commands???

You can leave this one installed and still use the new one. If you uninstall this one, everything will disappear. So, just leave this one installed to retain what you've built already and use the new one to continue your global transformation ;)

I used this mod to build a whole city. Can I safely uninstall this version and get the newer one without the game crashing or the city being erased?

This mod has been out of development for quite a while. Read the top of the description for a link to the new version.

I had a problem with this where it would not let me take down big buildings.(inns houses and others). So im going to unsubscribe then resubscribe and I will give it one more shot.

Rather going to use the other version, it's slightly smaller :)

The only confilcts that may arise will be with any follower mods that you may be using. Just make sure that they load after Empire Builder so that you don't have any problems. This isn't the same as Tundra Defense and you should be able to use them at the same time.

The new version is about 1/3 smaller in size and should be no problem with downloading. This version (v1.49) is no longer being developed and won't have any future updates. The new Empire Builder v2.3 is available here:

You should be able to cast the Packup/Adjust spell on the house to get the menu with the choices of adjusting or removing the house. If you have the Wabbajack staff, it will also work since the Packup/Adjust spell uses the Wabbajack projectile to initiate the menu actions.

how do you move houses the spell will not work on them

I'm not aware of any npc bugs, but it doesn't surprise me. Every time there is a major Skyrim update it tends to break something in a lot of mods. When the new version is ready I'll post a notice here.

Yes, if you unsubscribe the buildings and everything else place by the mod will go away. To remove things, look in your magic menu and equip the 'Packup/Adjust' spell. Cast it on things you want to move or remove and you will get the options.

if you unsub will the buildings be removed if not how do you remove them

In the NPC's section you can summon bandits that will attack. Any followers, guards or hirelings that you have with you will defend. There are other mods that will spawn wars as well.

Can you have wars?

A couple of good places to build are on the plains around Whiterun and the area between Riverwood and Helga. Anywhere that you can find flatish ground will work, or you can add your own flat terrain to build on. There's some in the 'landscaping' section. I read that there is a mod that provides flat terrain for building on, but I haven't tried it yet. I'll see if I can find it and let you know.

I have a question though. Are there any flags or banners (the physical kind, not the map-marker kind) available? I spent a quite a while looking through all of the menus and couldn't find anything.

Do you have to get it off nexus for it to work good?
