What I was trying to deterime was whether it would make these higher priority toilets.

@FX2K Compared to the usual staff room, the priority goes automatically (usually higher)

Does this do anything different than setting the room as staff only via deployement?
i.e I have cell blocks in my prison with a small toilet room set to staff only, the staff use it as expected, regardless of where it is, but wondering if this changes priorities or something like that?
