I found out what to do. I went to data files and saw it was still there so I highlighted it and pressed the delete button on my screen. Thank you.

Open the Skyrim launcher, but don't press play yet. Go down to Data Files. Click on that option. A window should come up. Scroll down the list of mods until you find this one. Then, uncheck the box underneath the "Load?" section next to this mod. That should ensure the game doesn't load the mod in. You should also check and make absolutely sure you've unsubscribed to the mod. You can also try manually shredding the files you downloaded, but that's complicated and I'm not entirely sure how to do that perfectly well. Hopefully one of these options will work. If anybody else sees this comment and has any other tips for this problem of the mod not uninstalling or still loading when you're unsubscribed, please feel free to contribute.

Thank you, and now that you say it, I agree. Billy Mays was a god among men and is irreplacable. No-one should call them selves the Billy Mays of Skyrim, or anything for that matter. Unless they are literally named Billy Mays.

I don't think it's quite fair to call anybody the "Billy Mays of Skyrim". Billy was, and still is, irreplacable. I theme many of my mods after Billy Mays, but that doesn't make me the Billy Mays of Skyrim; just a big fan of his work. And I don't think it's fair to call anybody else that name either. However, I'd say that @DimetheBloodWolf deserves some appreciation for writing his literal own entire infomercial dedicated to DovahClean (spoof of OxiClean) in the comments, which is one of cleverest and wittiest comments I've ever received on a mod.

Fascinating. I don't quite remember what the Reconstruction was (I think it had something to do with the political parties of the time, right?) but it sounds like that was a real blast of an election.

Actually, the need for an end to Reconstruction helped Hayes "win"(it was really just conceded to him) the election.
