After you've installed this, equip your duplicator tool. Hold C, and in the menu for the toolgun you will see a button that says "Open duplications" or something like that. Click it. You will then see an image of my ammo rack, and in the bottom right of the image press the button that says "Deploy". Then just left click on the ground.
