Do they work? Like... are they able to be used to kill players/npcs?

Guys, I am no coder by any means, I simply ported addons when Gmod 13 came out, since there was almost nothing in the workshop. Sorry, but I can't make a SWEP out any of these. I havn't replied because i've been away from steam for so long.
