No, it was never explicitely intended to be compatible with one mod or another. I tried to minimise the number of possible conflicts, nothing more than that.
Judging by the Colored Puppets & Country specific names structure, there are conflicts. It probably can be fixed.
Perhaps compatible implies a deal of intention, I should have said that they worked together in the past. I'll test with other variations and with the original Coloured puppets mod to see if that has any affect.
I don't know if it was ever compatible and the compatibility was never expicitely tested by me.
No states version adds no new states around Yenisei river to increase compatibility with other mods.
