then Really Advanced Randomize but the last 5 times i used this 1 its not loaded it sits there and looks like its loading but never dose..So this is my number 1 job well done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If tou delete the Adaptive policies.xml file, you'll be able to take advanced policies from the beginning but you won't be able to mix policies. (and you could delet the Text EN.xml file too cause it would be useless).
Hints that work for all mods:
-You can move the file from the mod folder elsewhere to see what happened without it.
-If you make a mistake by deleting or modifying mod files, unsuscribe the mod and suscribe again in the civ 5 mod section, all files will be back in their original state.
-You can make a copy of the mod files before testing. Just in case.
As soon as BNW is available, i'll make a new mod to remove the era prerequisit for the different policies, since only ideologies will be exclusive
@Raistlin: it's not possible for me to adapt this mod to conversion mods like CCTP.
Each mod update would brake my associate mod. And to be honnest, i don't understand how CCTP has been made. It's a real mess in the mod files and it's impossible for me to localize where and how they have made their policies system.
This mod search for the classics policies names and change prerequisits, text and mutual blocks for Piety, Patronage, Order, Autocracy, Freedom, Rationnalism and Commerce.
If others policies appears or policies names are changed, my mod will have simply no effect or utility on them.
-Exemple 1:
If someone use a mod like Echoes of ages (which provoke some changes in Rationnalism effect (+1 technology instead of 2 if rationnalism complete) and text) with this mod; you'll have the basic text of my mod (+2 technologies, removed warning "can't be active with piety") but the effect of Echoes of ages (+1 technology).
By removing in my mod the "Text EN.xml" file, you'll have the Echoes of ages text (+1 technology and the warning text "can't be active with piety") while you can have it with piety.
If someone have a mod which change just the Piety policy (for exemple in Worship) without changing restrictions rules, my mod will affect all others policies normally. So the warning text will appear in the new Worship policy, but not in the Rationnalism description. You could have Freedom, Order and Autocracy at the same time, but no more Rationnalism with the Worship policy.
And of course you'll have to wait the classical area before starting the Worship policy while all others will be available from the beginning.
- Precision:
My mod don't affect sub-policies and will work with mods that change whatever on sub-policies.
Maybe one of your mods change the importance of hapiness and production, in which case the AI will tend to choose Order in priority?
@Shin: Last time i play, different Civs choose differents policies according with their preferences (military Civ chosse autocracy or honor first, babylone and india choose often rationnalism, tradition or freedom)
I'll see in my next game (tomorrow) if something change since the last game update.
Someone else have the same issue?

I'm doing the vanilla version right now.
