Love it. I would just wear the cape by itself. Regardless, I think it would work with the Demoman as well, although that's me thinking of this as a standard cape, rather than a devil cape.

I love HalfNinjja's idea, make function exactly like the buffalo steak sandvich but for the pyro faster movement speed, only use melee, and for the heck of it put fire affect to look cool (because looking cool is imprtant).

The cape should replace secondary weapon, and on click it increases movement speed by 50% and leaves a lingering trail of fire in your wake. Lasts 4 seconds, recharges in 20 secs. Also cape needs to be longer
