Shurikens are used by ninja, people who assassinate and kill in stealth, If you think about that, it's perfect for spy.

Pyrineer, maybe it could take place of a gun. Be slow to use, but do a decent amount of damage if hit, and maybe 1-3 carried at a time. A shuriken fits with a spy or ninja, not a Scout.

This needs to be added as a thrown weapon for scout, not spy. Think about it, this would get rid of the whole point of having to use a knife as a spy.
