Fixed fireplace area. Players can now walk freely to fireplace.
Cleaned up internal files for ability to add new adventures.

1. Added descriptions of rooms to the proudspire decoration guide.
2. Added tanning rack.
3. Restored housecarl / guest bed.
4. Extended room for the bed.
5. Fixed issue where items should be purchased but were already present.
6. Added dialogue with Falk Firebeard to purchase guest room & armory separately.
7. Added more lighting to basement to help people who use realistic lighting mods.
8. Added more lighting to guest bedroom.
9. Minor decoration changes.
10. Clean up so cheaters don't get advantage of free basement without paying.
11. Unclipped forge.
12. Existing shields will be on the plaque once house is purchased (like the one in the vertical glass container in basement).

NO Containers were recreated or deleted, no items are in jeapordy of being removed.

On clean up in the basement, a duplicate weapon rack was found
