================================ Description VER 1.2D ROYAL======================
If you like this mod please favorite and thumbs up.
If you don't, please leave a civil remark why it isn't to your fancy.
----Ashenfire

If you want to be rewarded for the most expensive house, then you will get what you paid for.
Now the adventurer can come home from a hard day of work and hang up her weapons.
She can remember....hey I remember when I did that.....

Just remember to purchase all upgrades.

This was supposed to have a library...but I was limited to only one bookshelf, sorry
no one answers my hail in the forums; to resolve the issue.

This mod had to be created separately or alot of people would probably hate me that I overwrote
their esp file. This mod requires no additional help.

****** if you already have another Proudspire modification, please retrieve all items from the **
home and uninstall the mod. This includes Better Proudspire Manor 1.2b (non royal **
version **

Upgrades are separate. This means any business a player does with the manor before the mod, will not affect the additional uprades that come after the mod is installed.

This mod was specifically designed not to care about load order, resources, special 'warehouses'; DLC, SKSE or other menus.

This means you can not mess up unless you have other mods that conflict with the manor or have mods that drain resources that I use to make the manor. This manor is vanilla made so the liklihood that you did something wrong is minimal.

I must know if you have this problem if all other mods you have are deactivated, you have a save game before purchasing the manor, or at least have a savegame before you did upgrades that came from the mod. This helps with troubleshooting.

From what I understand, you have some of the upgrades provided by the mod (extra dagger displays top floor, different mage setup ground floor along
with two additional rooms where the forge is located, also ground level); and you can not get any of the basement items.

Using no clip I was able to see where the additional areas are but I am not given an option to buy the basement and have that wall removed that blocks your path down into it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and no change.

Ive purchased everyupgrade before getting this mod. I dont have anymore options to buy anything else and seem to be missing the large display area with the cases and carpets. Not sure where I went wrong.

Thanks for the reply! I just downloaded the mod with NMM and it worked :D

No DLC required. It should work regardless of a player having purchased the house before the mod.
If you got dialogue from the palace, have NO OTHER manor mods, then you should see the door once you enter the house from the main level. You will also see a caretakers room with a smithy.

Nothing changed for the manor. Do you need Hearthfire DLC or does it only work if you have not already purchased the house?

I'm sorry you forgot to save. Why did you uninstall, in the first place?
