Hey I'm back!
I noticed since last patch or even earlier the player type changed from "StandardPlayers" to "Players::StandardPlayers", my MOD config codes and modinfo should update respectively. So got it fixed and hope you still enjoy my MOD!

BALANCE UPDATE:
Per DLC5 rule, Godswood now has 10% production discount and new progression model. That doesn't mean you have to own DLC5 to play this MOD.

ART UPDATE:
Assigned the North being Northern European in art definitions. Now ancient palace shows as wood version, and all soldiers have caucasian look.

ADJUSTED START BIAS AGAIN...
Even the lowest start bias value with forest feature will make the player spawn in JUNGLES. I've tweaked the numbers again, hopefully you will see tundra tiles within view range or 1 turn's walk.

Removed all DLC dependency requirements. Now players don't have DLC can enjoy this MOD.

AI BEHAVIOR:
Without DLC dependencies, Lord Eddard doesn't prefer to construct Apadana any more.

START BIAS FIX:
Adjusted start bias settings. The North now spawns near Tundra terrain more likely.

ART UPDATE:
Redone portrait illustration. Now Lord Eddard doesn't smile like an idiot any more. Hope you like this new version.
