Maybe fix for dino parachute (who knows). New initial dino inspector for testing.

Fixed dino parachute not being cancelable. Now press it a second time to cancel. Also fixed parachute on big animals perhaps..

Added armor enhancer, right now it just repairs all armor and gives high current durability. Also made parachute slow a bit faster.
