Made the Crystal Staff actually craftable whilst not in admin mode! Whoops! :')

Hi all!

1.1.0 brings some nice developments to the mod:

Added: Crystal Staff
Fixed: Laser Staff
Updated: Staff Research Finding

To get the fixed Laser Staff, you might need to craft a new one.

Added energy requirements to the feather staff, as well as correcting the version. The original should have been '1.0.0' and it is now '1.0.1'.
