Added the tower and some other things in the map. The tower will be done when I get the time to get it done.

Added stands, victory lane and some other things into the map.

Added track lights and the buttons on the flag stand. Also have a new texture I am going to be using for another map.

This update will have the flag stand, but with no lights for buttons on it, and added the spawn area.
