- Fixed issue with left/right (strafe) flying of Griffin

- Fixed issue with Bionic Giga Costume.

- Fixed issue, which made ini options getting ignored, after last update. Sorry.

- Fixed >>not movable<< issue, if there are no options set for a dino.

- Made Stamina and Rotation modifications dont get applied at all if set to value of 1.0 or not given at all.
- This fixes Rockdrake movement, as long as RotationMulti for them isnt set.

Complete rework of this mod:
- Costume applies a buff now, which handles the stat modifications.
- Transmitter isn't necessary anymore, so it got removed.

Please make sure client and server are having the same version installed. If not expect issues because of this.

Tapejara Movement fixes.

* If not flying, moving backwards, with Tapejara, still looks like flying. I wont fix this in the near future, because its acceptable for me.

Looks like it is still not working

- Added Sub-Option "ForceRideFlyer". This Option overrides the automatic detection of flyers which are not able to levelup speed. Hopefully this way the Snow Owl will work with this mod. See Ini Options for more Info.
